As the Founder and CEO, John oversees strategic partnerships and guides the company’s vision. With a rich background in the financial sector, he has built and managed diverse businesses in the US, Spain, South Africa, and Brazil. John's entrepreneurial journey spans various industries, including restaurants, brick-and-mortar establishments, and a tech company that achieved a successful exit to a Nasdaq-listed company. Outside of his professional achievements, John is a proud father of three children.

Eduardo began his career in tech at a young age and has been instrumental in coordinating the study that established our Brazilian operation. Overseeing daily operations from legal to shipping, he brings a wealth of experience to our team. As an early investor in a bitcoin mining operation, Eduardo's passion for the sector is evident in his regular appearances on podcasts and articles in Brazil. When not managing operations, he enjoys gathering family and friends around a good parrilla.

Amanda Rufino
Chief Compliance Officer
Amanda is a best-in-class lawyer with 9 years of experience in Tax Law and Compliance. Amanda began her career working with legal advice on tax matters. With an MBA in Compliance Management, currently Amanda works directly in the management of compliance programs in multinational publicly traded companies, focusing on regulatory compliance and securities regulation, assessing and managing compliance risks, conducting internal investigations, managing whistleblowing channels and complying with privacy and data protection regulations. Additionally, Amanda provides legal advice as a corporate lawyer.
BRUNO Sewald
Corporate Attorney
Bruno has spent his entire career in corporate law, working for a publicly traded companies. With extensive experience dealing with multiple jurisdictions and numerous stakeholders, Bruno ensures our contracts are ironclad and legally sound. His expertise in navigating complex legal landscapes is a vital asset to the FMI Mining team.

Enegix is a strategic partner to FMI, handling project execution and mine operations. Enegix is a large-scale company well versed in mining, and currently runs the largest facility in the CIS region. Enegix's operations span a 15-hectare area and a 150,000 sq. m. facility, employing a dedicated team of 160 technical professionals.
